Our code of conduct

Professionalism: We strive to maintain the highest level of professionalism in all our interactions with our clients, colleagues, and the public. This includes maintaining a positive attitude, dressing appropriately, and communicating effectively. We do not give or accept gifts of any kind.

Confidentiality: We value the trust that our clients place in us, and we respect their privacy by ensuring that all information shared with us remains confidential. We do not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the client's express permission. We do not misuse any information.

Conflict of Interest: We avoid any situation that could give rise to a conflict of interest between the interests of the firm and the interests of our clients. If such a situation arises, we disclose it immediately to the client and seek their consent before proceeding.

Ethical Conduct: We adhere to the highest ethical standards in all our business dealings. We do not engage in any behavior that is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading(e.g. bribery or corruption). We respect the laws and regulations governing our business, and we act in compliance with them.

Quality of Work: We strive to deliver high-quality work to our clients that meet or exceeds their expectations. We are committed to continuous learning and improvement, and we seek feedback from our clients to ensure that we are delivering the best possible service.

Respect: We treat everyone with respect and dignity, regardless of race, gender, or religion, and seek to hire a diverse staff. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying. Any bullying or harassment is reported directly to the managing partner.

  • The managing partners of Zone 2 Consulting are 50 % male and 50 % Female.

  • 50 percent of Asian and African descent.

  • 20 percent are females.

Safety: We maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all our employees. We comply with all health and safety regulations, and we take proactive measures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Sustainability: We are committed to operating in an environmentally sustainable manner. We seek to minimize our environmental footprint by reducing waste, conserving energy, and using eco-friendly products and services wherever possible.

Social Responsibility: We are committed to giving back to the community by engaging in socially responsible activities. We support charitable organizations and volunteer our time and expertise to help those in need.

All consultants that work with Zone 2 are required to acknowledge the following code of conduct. Failure to adhere to any of the following results in immediate termination.
