Public Reporting/Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions

1. The Company will annually report its estimated total GHG emissions for the previous year. The report will be made publicly available on the Company's website.

2. The report will primarily focus on direct emissions (Scope 1) from owned or controlled sources and indirect emissions from the generation of purchased electricity, steam, heating, and cooling consumed by the Company (Scope 2).

3. The Company will provide a general update on its efforts and progress toward reducing GHG emissions.

Public Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Efforts

1. The Company aims to make consistent efforts towards reducing its GHG emissions and improving its overall environmental sustainability.

2. The Company intends to gradually reduce its GHG emissions, with a flexible goal of a 10% reduction by 2030, compared to the 2023 baseline.

3. The Company will consider and, if feasible, undertake steps towards reducing its carbon footprint. This could include measures like increasing energy efficiency, reducing unnecessary travel, and promoting sustainable practices within the office environment.

Implementation

1. All employees are encouraged to contribute towards the Company's efforts in reducing GHG emissions.

2. The Company will strive to create an environmentally aware culture within its workforce.

3. Climate change considerations and GHG emissions reduction will be integrated, where feasible, into the Company's strategic planning and daily operations.

This policy is approved by the founding partners of Zone 2 Consultants. The managing partner is responsible for facilitating the implementation of this policy.

Review Date:

This policy will be reviewed every three years or whenever significant changes occur that could impact the Company's GHG emissions or its ability to make efforts towards its reduction goal.
