Ahmad Fahmy

Ahmad is the founder of Zone 2 consulting and specializes in large-scale product development & organizational design. He has helped multiple investment banks and product companies successfully transition to lean and agile ways of working. With over 20 years of banking technology experience, his financial product knowledge and technology background makes him well suited to help organizations transform. He is also the author of numerous scaling patterns including, team self-design, Gemba sprint and Behavior stories. His experience and empathy have made him a sought after consultant, trainer, and speaker on the subject of organizational design and change.

Ahmad and his family live like modern day Bedouins. Moving from place to place, learning new cultures and experiencing new things. He has also completed multiple Ironman’s and ultra endurance events.

Andrea Ceccolini

Andrea has become an authority in the FinTech space, having founded the ION Group and served as its CTO and senior technologist for 20 years. He also has extensive advisory experience at various startups within the industry, having worked on strategic development, rebooting mergers and acquisitions, and applying lean and agile principles to product/software development processes. He has a passion for contributing towards a cleaner, more sustainable world through technology and innovation, and is attracted to new initiatives and startups serving that cause. He is currently a data science and machine learning consultant, researcher and developer at UCL Institute of Education, London. 

Andrea runs ultramarathons in some of the most majestic landscapes in the world. He is passionate about preserving the majesty for future generations.

Mark Zod

Mark has a passion for applying technology to improve business process, decision making and collaborative environments. After a successful sale of the supply chain software venture he co-founded, he pivoted and spent five years in the FinTech space.

He currently leads classes at Wharton for MBA candidates in communication.

Mark likes to build things and prides himself on finding the right tool for the right job. He builds in both the physical and virtual worlds.

Mark can be found in cottages around the world with his brilliant other half.

Lee Nicholls

Lee is an experienced CIO skilled in leading technology intensive businesses grow and thrive. Lee has has helped large organizations modernize and small organizations scale.

He is known as the “calm” during the storm.

Lee also partners with multiple non-profits in Europe and Africa.

Lee is an avid cyclist and can be found cycling around the UK or in Watopia.

Aftab Sabir

Aftab is world-class at establishing large-scale corporate governance and setting up a program office to monitor large-scale operations projects.

And to make sure those projects are on track, he helps his clients implement scorecards and decision support tools.

When he's not setting teams up for success he can be found roaming around the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
